Luke 22:36 · An Unapologetic Call
"He that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise a wallet; and he that hath none, let him sell his cloak, and buy a sword."
— Luke 22:36Jesus didn't call us to a life of passive comfort. The days demand readiness. The battle is real. And you were not left here alone.
The Reality of the Battle
We live on a battlefield. The clock is ticking. The weight is real—bills, doubt, broken relationships, sleepless nights spent in prayer. The atmosphere feels heavy because it is heavy.
But you were not built for retreat. You were built for this moment.
The Command
"But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise a wallet; and he that hath none, let him sell his cloak, and buy a sword." — Luke 22:36
The night before the cross, Jesus warned His disciples: the days of comfortable neutrality are over. Sell your comfort. Trade your passivity. Equip yourself. The Kingdom is not taken by the complacent.
We Are Fighters
We don't fight against flesh and blood. We fight for what matters most—marriages, children, minds enslaved to addiction and anxiety, souls lost in the darkness of this age.
Against isolation, betrayal, and the slow erosion of covenant. We stand for the sacred bond.
In a culture of confusion, we raise a generation rooted in truth, identity, and unshakeable faith.
Our knees hit the floor knowing the battle belongs to the Lord. We pray because it moves mountains.
The Weapon of Our Warfare
Our weapons aren't forged in fire—they're breathed out by God. The Word of Truth cuts deeper than any blade. Faith extinguishes every fiery dart. And the victory? It's already been won.
It's time to equip yourself. It's time to stand up.
An Unapologetic Call
At our church, we take the words of Jesus seriously. He called us to a lifestyle of absolute readiness, vigilance, and spiritual fortitude. We aren't here to coast. We aren't here to spectate.
